Currently, Chef Ish is the Executive Chef at Morada Bay in Islamorada, Florida Keys. Morada Bay is a bayside retreat that offers two of the island’s most delectable dining options, as well as entertainment and events encompassing the laid-back lifestyle of the Florida Keys and the beauty of Islamorada. Here, he oversees Pierre’s, a fine dining restaurant with French-Caribbean fusion cuisine and the Morada Beach Café serving traditional Keys cuisine. He is responsible for all aspects of both the operations and the flawless execution of all culinary functions, including the Full Moon Party each month.
